Minimum Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible for admission as a first-time freshman if you:

• Are a resident of California
• Have or will have graduated from high school
• Meet the eligibility index with your grade point average and test scores (both the formula and table are shown below)
• Have or will have completed 15 (year-long) college preparatory courses with a grade of C or better (see Subject Requirements)
