Campus Tours
Individual and family tours are offered on the following days of the week and time:
Monday through Friday at 11:00 AM
Saturday tours (on specific dates) are offered at 12:00 pm
Campus tours for prospective students and their families are approximately one hour in duration. All tours are guided walking tours; we recommend that you wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Space is limited in each tour to 25 participants. Due to health regulations, pets are not permitted on tours nor in campus buildings.

Reservations, while not required, are highly recommended. Complimentary parking permits will only be available to those who make reservations a minimum of 1 week in advance. All others will be required to pay the $6.00 daily parking fee.
Tour Information: Tours begin in the Admissions & Recruitment Office located in Sage Hall, Room 1044. Weekday tours begin promptly at 11:00 am, while Saturday tours begin at 12:00 pm
Parking: Available in Lot A2. If reservations for a tour were made 1 week in advance, your parking permit will be available for pick up from the Admissions & Recruitment Office. To purchase a parking permit, you may purchase one from the kiosk in Lot A2 or in the lobby of Parking Services in Placer Hall on University Drive, across from Sage Hall. For weekday tours, arriving 30 minutes early is recommended during the regular school year.

Self Guided Tours
If you are unable to participate in a regularly scheduled tour, we are pleased to offer a self- guided tour. A self-guided tour map may be picked up at the Admissions & Recruitment Office located in Sage Hall, Room 1044.

Group Campus Tours (grades 9- 12th & Community College)
The group campus tour is designed for high school and community college students interested in learning about CSU Channel Islands. Participants are taken on a guided tour of the University and will learn about different campus resources such as Housing, Financial Aid, Academic Advisement, Student Life, and other departments designed to ensure student success.
Reservations are on a first come first serve basis and must be made at least a month in advance. Group campus tours are offered specifically on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am. We can accommodate groups no larger than 60 students.
