When is Dodger Day?

Dodger Day is Sunday, September 25, 2016. If you are taking the free Metrolink transportation, check in will begin at 8:45 am. If you are driving yourself, the game starts at 1:10 pm.

Where do I go for the free transportation?

This year’s transportation option is a privately chartered Metrolink train departing from the Simi Valley Station, 5050 Los Angeles Avenue, Simi Valley, CA 93063. The train will arrive at Union Station and guests will be directed to the Dodger Express shuttles. The Dodger Express shuttles go from Union Station to Dodger Stadium. As this is a very popular game, please expect crowds while boarding buses.

Are ADA accessible seats available?

Yes! ADA and special seating is available. Please indicate on your registration or notify us in advance if you need wheelchair-accessible seats or other special seating. Otherwise, we may not be able to accommodate your requests the day of the event.

Where does the Dodger Express pick up and drop off at Dodger Stadium?

The Dodger Express shuttles will drop off at two location around Dodger Stadium. The first stop is on the Center Field side (Infield Loge and MVP Reserve tickets) and behind the Outfield Pavilion (All You Can Eat Pavilion). The shuttles will pick up at the same stops after the game. Shuttles run for 45 minutes after the last out so make sure to head to the shuttle stop immediately after the game. Where do I pick up my tickets to the game?

If you are taking the Metrolink transportation, you will pick up your tickets the morning of Dodger Day at the Simi Valley Station check in. If you are driving yourself to the game, you will be responsible for picking up your tickets at CSU Channel Islands prior to the event. Pick up dates and times will be emailed to you.

What are the differences in seat options?

We have Dodger Day tickets in three sections; MVP Reserve, All-You-Can-Eat Pavilion, and Infield Loge. The All You Can Eat Pavilion includes unlimited Dodger Dogs, nachos, popcorn, peanuts, Coke products, and water. If I’m running late, will the Metrolink train be able to wait for me and my guests?

The Metrolink train is not able to wait for any late guests. Please make sure to arrive to check in at the Simi Valley Station early with enough time to check in. Please get to a Dodger Express pick up immediately after the game. There will be lines and the Metrolink will not wait at Union Station. Times for the day will be emailed to you and provided at check in.

How do I get from Dodger Stadium to Union Station after the game?

After the game, please make your way to the nearest Dodger Express shuttle stop immediately. Shuttles run for 45 minutes after the last out so make sure to head to the shuttle stop immediately after the game. Once back at Union Station, make your way to the Dodger Day Metrolink train platform. The platform number and maps will be provided at check in.

Is alcohol allowed on the Metrolink train?

No. Alcohol is not permitted on board the Metrolink train at any time. Once you are at Dodger Stadium, you are permitted to consume alcohol if you are 21 or older.

I have friends/family coming to Dodger Day. Can I request to sit with them?

If you would like to sit with a group, please purchase all tickets at the same time. Seating is assigned and you will be seated by group. We cannot guarantee that special seating requests will be accommodated.

Do I have to be an alumni to go to Dodger Day?

No. Everyone is invited to join us for Dodger Day.

I only need the Metrolink going one-way. Can I arrange alternate transportation to or from the game?

Yes. If you plan to take alternate transportation to or from the game, please let us know in advance.
