Program Assessment and Review Committee
The Program Assessment and Review Committee is composed of administrators and faculty representatives from each discipline. PARC coordinates the annual assessment activities of each program area and is participates in the program review process. Members of PARC review the program’s self-study report, external reviewer’s report, and responses to the external report. They issue their own review and recommendation report from these evaluations. The report with recommendations is forwarded to the Program Chair, Dean of Faculty, AVP of Academic Programs and Planning and Provost.
Thus it is charged with:
- Regular meetings throughout each academic year to address various assessment issues.
- The review of each program’s self-study, the eternal review report, and the responses to the external review; and
- Evaluate all reports and recommendations, and send its report to the AVP for Academic Programs and Planning for transmission to the Chair, Dean of Faculty and the Provost.
