How to Disable the Virtual Text Box Editor
**Note: The reason for disabling the Virtual Text Box Editor is to prevent any issues that you may encounter while taking an online quiz in Blackboard
First login to MyCI and go to Blackboard
- Click one of your courses under the "My Courses" area
- On the left side of the screen, click "Course Tools"
- Click "Personal Information"
- Click "Set Visual Text Box Editor Options"
- Check the "Unavailable" button
- Click Submit
