Umpqua Bank –Ventura County Commercial Banking Group

As Regional Director for Umpqua Bank, Stacy Peterson oversees the bank’s commercial banking group in Ventura County and the western San Fernando Valley. She joined the bank in 2013 to initiate the bank’s operations and growth in the Southern California footprint. Prior to her significant role at Umpqua Bank, Stacy held senior management level positions with First California Bank, Santa Barbara Bank &Trust, Fleet Capital and Security Pacific Bank.

A resident of Ventura County since 1982, Stacy gives a great deal of time and energy to her clients and the causes for which she is passionate.  She is a founding member of the Business Advisory Council for the Martin V. Smith School of Business and Economics at California State University, Channel Islands.  She has also served on the boards of Southeast Ventura County YMCA, the Alliance for the Arts, and the City of Thousand Oaks.  From 2010 to 2013 she was recognized by the Pacific Coast Business Times as one of the Top 50 Women in Business in the Tri-County area. Most recently, she was designated a member of “Who’s Who in Business Finance”, also by the Pacific Coast Business Times.

Ms. Peterson is a Court Appointed Special Advocate for the Ventura County family court system.

In her free time, she enjoys racing sailboats.
