Health Insurance is a requirement for all students who currently hold an I-20 from CSUCI. This includes current students and students who are on OPT. Please visit the following web site to purchase the CSU required health insurance plan.
Government sponsored J-1 students with full-service health insurance plan may apply for a waiver from CIA by submitting a copy of the proof of insurance and Certificate for Health Insurance form issued by their government office. F-1 students must purchase the health insurance plan provided by Well Fargo Health Insurance Company at www.csuhealthlink.com.
