The University Events office is a centralized resource for guidance and support for campus planners.  A University-wide partner, we collaborate with the CSUCI community to provide event planning support in keeping with all campus policies and guidelines.

25Live & Event Planning Trainings

All event requesters must know how to submit event requests through the University's enterprise scheduling system, 25Live.   All Event requests must be placed through 25Live a minimum of 14 business days prior to the event start date.

The 25Live User Manual is a helpful tool for both new and experienced campus event planners to reference while navigating the event reservation process in 25Live.  

The University Events team offers comprehensive 25Live training for all campus personnel.  You may also contact our office to schedule a 1:1 or group or 25Live training with our 25Live administrator by emailing events@csuci.edu
