CSUCI is a very special place – and you get the very best of what our campus has to offer by living right in the center of it all – on campus in Anacapa or Santa Cruz Village.  In addition to some of the newest and very best student residential facilities available, we offer a complete program with trained staff to support student success, relationship development, and full engagement in the CSUCI educational experience.

Benefits to living on campus at CSUCI include having a plush room, plenty of amenities, the convenience of being close to classrooms, dining services, a workout facility, student activities and University events. Our student population is diverse, as are the residents of Anacapa and Santa Cruz Villages.  Students range in age, cultural backgrounds, interests and of course majors.

Because CSUCI is located at the base of the Santa Monica mountain range and moments from several local beaches, students can spend their spare time taking outdoor adventures in some of the most beautiful natural surroundings that California has to offer.

We have a full staff of professionals and student leaders to respond to the needs of on-campus students, and to assist students in realizing their full potential as members of a learning and residential community.  We are a key employer of students on campus, so a number of our students work right where they live.  These jobs and student leadership experiences provide an excellent platform for learning and preparation for life and work after graduation.  We hope you’ll check out our Housing and Residential Education student employment and Residence Hall Association opportunities.
