Fall 2014 Payment Deadlines- Returning Residents

As communicated in the email sent by the Executive Director of Housing and Residential Education to all current residents April 1 (PDF, 217KB) , space for returning residents is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. You are therefore encouraged to submit your housing deposit as soon as possible to secure accommodations for the 14 - 15 academic year.

Option 1: Pay in Full

  • ASAP, but no later than May 19: $1,500
  • August 19: Remaining balance due

Option 2: Installment Payment Plan (IPP)*

  • ASAP, but no later than May 19: $1,500
  • August 19: First of three payments due
  • September 19: Second of three payments due
  • October 19: Final payment due

* Students who have submitted their Student Housing License Agreement and want to pay room and board fees in more than one installment per semester must request a Housing IPP. Housing IPPs are not automatic and must be requested online via the student’s myCI account. This request must be completed prior to the payment deadline for room and board fees.  The IPP divides the remaining balance due for room and board into the specified number of equal installments. 

Spring 2015 Payment Deadlines - Returning Residents 

Option 1: Pay in Full 

  • January 13: Semester Balance due in full, (spring license fees to be applied to student financial aid account by December 13). 

Option 2: Installment Payment Plan (IPP)*

  • January 13: First of four payments due 
  • February 13: Second of four payments due 
  • March 13: Third of four payments due 
  • April 13: Final payment due 

Option 3: Financial Aid

  • Full Financial Aid: If you have confirmed enough financial aid to cover room, board, tuition, and fees, then your financial aid will cover all Spring charges. Your financial aid must be settled and confirmed by January 13, 2015 in order to avoid out-of-pocket payment for this payment deadline. 
  • Partial Financial Aid: If you are receiving some financial aid, but not enough to cover all Spring charges for room, board, tuition, and fees, our options are: 
    • Payment in Full: On January 13, 2015, all fees unpaid by Financial Aid are due no later than 5PM; or 
    • Installment Payment Plan: As soon as possible, but no later than January 13, 2015, you must request the HIPP via your myCI account and make payment towards the first installment payment and the $33 nonrefundable processing fee to use the payment plan no later than 5 PM. 

Spring 2015 Payment Deadlines - Incoming Residents
