Q: How does the approver know when they can log into and review/approve the time that has been reviewed by a timekeeper? 
A:
Each timekeeper should communicate to the manager/approver when they have completed their entry/review for the pay period. Email notifications will also be sent out to Timekeepers and Managers/Approvers as a reminder once a month.
