Hardware Support

This section contains information on supported computer hardware at CSU Channel Islands.

Support for the listed devices is based on our knowledge of the particular product and model.
Field Support will facilitate repairs during and after the warranty period; however, all chargeable repairs will be at the customer's expense.
Devices listed are essentially disposable after the warranty expires due to the cost of repairs nearly equals their replacement cost.
Ribbons, ink and toner cartridges, fusers are considered consumables, and therefore the responsibility of the customer.
