Phone Repair Policy and Reporting [top]

Do not hesitate to report complications with your telephone or Voice Mail. Telecommunications & Network Services requires this information to verify whether or not the system is working properly.

Please report trouble with your Telephone or Voice Mail to one of the Help Desk contacts listed below.

When you call or email, please provide the following information:

1. The number of the malfunctioning telephone.
2. The type of phone (number of buttons, screen, etc.)
3. The location of the phone (building and room number)
4. The person to contact regarding the problem, their phone number, and an alternative phone number and/or person to contact.
5. The nature and date of malfunctioning.

Employee Wireless Phone Service Discount [top]

CSUCI faculty and staff employees are eligible to receive discounted wireless phone service through Cingular Wireless. This discount is available only for full-time CSUCI staff and faculty who wish to open "personal" wireless phone accounts, under their "own credit" with invoices sent to their home addresses. Students are not eligible for this discount,  and Information Technology provides no support of any kind for this program.
