Web Design Software
CSUCI Students can use Adobe CS3 Design Premium in the Library computer labs. Adobe CS3 software for personal student use may be purchased for educational use through the campus bookstore or through many academic software retailers.
As of 2008-01-28, CSUCI employees that require web design or web graphics software should contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@csuci.edu or by calling 805-437-8552. Information Technology has obtained a key-served license for Adobe CS3 Design Premium which enables multiple licenses of the software to be used concurrently.
Adobe CS3 Design Premium contains the following software packages:
- InDesign CS3
- Photoship CS3 Extended
- Illustrator CS3
- Flash CS3 Professional
- Dreamweaver CS3
- Acrobat 8 Professional
Accessibility Software
HiSoftware AccVerify is a Windows desktop tool that enables you to run automated checks of web pages.
CSUCI has a campus license for HiSoftware AccVerify. All currently enrolled students, faculty and staff may obtain this software for free by request through the IT Help Desk. Please email helpdesk@csuci.edu or call 805-437-8552.

LecShare - PowerPoint Conversion Software
LecShare is desktop software for both Windows and Mac that enables you to export your PowerPoint presentations as HTML, and even record audio narration to accompany your PowerPoint slides.
CSUCI has a campus license for LecShare. All currently enrolled students, faculty and staff may obtain this software for free by request through the IT Help Desk. Please email helpdesk@csuci.edu or call 805-437-8552.
