Gotchas

• Don’t use text boxes

  • They are not as flexible

  • They may be inaccessible to assistive technology when left in Word format

  • Use tables for layout instead

• Use columns as desired

  • Works fine in native Word format

  • You may need to adjust reading order in PDF
