Dear Prospective O-Staff Team Member:
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the 2014 CI orientation staff (O-Staff). Orientation is an exciting time on any college campus and serving on the O-Staff is a unique and rewarding opportunity.
Orientation is the first introduction an entering student has to his/her new collegiate life. It plays a critical role in the transition process and can dramatically impact a student’s college career through engagement, involvement and excitement. The O-Staff experience facilitates this introduction. As you will hear from previous O-Staff, being a part of the O-Staff team is an experience full of growth, learning and fun. We look forward to getting to know you and working together to make the class of 2018’s introduction to our great University an enjoyable and engaging experience.
Please read all of the information on our recruitment pages carefully and thoroughly. Additionally, it is important you become familiar with and review the mission and goals of the Division of Student Affairs, the purpose and aims of Orientation Programs and the Dimensions of Development.
