Santa Cruz Village (Student Housing Phase II) is now under construction. This new residential student complex will house more than 400 students. It  will be located adjacent to the South Quad and directly across Ventura Street from the current Anacapa Village Student Housing Complex.
It is scheduled for occupancy for the Fall Semester 2007.
