(First-Level Ticket Appeal Process)
You may dispute your ticket by going to the Parking Management Bureau website at www.PMBonline.org. Click on the Dispute Ticket button and enter your ticket number or your license plate. You will be notified of the determination via email. The message will be sent to the email address you used when you first disputed your ticket.
You have 21 days from the date the ticket was issued or 14 days from the date the reminder notice was mailed.
You have gone beyond the dates specified within the time guidelines and have waived your right to dispute the ticket. The website now only gives you the option to pay your ticket. If the dispute option does not appear and you are within the time guidelines, contact PMB at 1-800-700-4417.
The email you were sent to notify you of the results includes a link to an Administrative Hearing Form. Fill in and print the form and mail to the address on the form, or bring it to Police and Parking Services Customer Service in Placer Hall to request an Administrative Hearing review.

Once a determination is made at any level of the review process, the time clock will continue and the amount will increase.
