Group Fitness with Shiva (CR Student)
Shiva (Campus Recreation Student Assistant) has offered to lead group fitness classes on Wednesdays and Fridays from 1-2:15 pm. in the Rec Center. She will teach Juicy Athletic Moves(JAM.)
Class description: Juicy Athletic Moves is the fitness behind dance. It allows your body to take fitness to another level. This class allows your body train and stretch, while doing a JUICY routine. It is a fun and exciting new way to use your abilities to create strong and flexible muscles. This is a mind, body, and soul workout that incorporates fitness from top trainers.
