Filing a Claim Against the California State University
A claim against California State University (CSU) or one of its campuses must be filed timely with CSU’s Systemwide Risk Management and Public Safety after the incident or event occurred, and a $25 claim filing fee must be paid. Checks must be made out to "Trustees of CSU."
Completed claim forms and filing fees must be delivered or mailed to:
