Phone Repair Policy and Reporting [top]

Do not hesitate to report complications with your telephone or Voice Mail. Telecommunications & Network Services requires this information to verify whether or not the system is working properly.

Please report trouble with your Telephone or Voice Mail to the Help Desk at 805-437-8552 or via email at helpdesk@csuci.edu.

When you call or email, please provide the following information:

  1. The number of the malfunctioning telephone.
  2. The type of phone (number of buttons, screen, etc.)
  3. The location of the phone (building and room number)
  4. The person to contact regarding the problem, their phone number, and an alternative phone number and/or person to contact.
  5. The nature and date of malfunctioning.
