Enrollment: increase the number of Hispanic students who enroll in and complete post-bac/graduate programs at CI
Graduate Student Services: improve graduate student services; increase the number of Hispanic and low-income students utilizing them
Faculty Development: increase faculty development activities focused on graduate student research and on Hispanic and low-income graduate student success, and increase the number of participants in these activities
Professional Connections (External): Increase the number of graduate student presentations at conferences, academic publications, and professional internships; increase the number of graduate student internships available
Professional Connections (Internal): participation of Hispanic and low-income students in faculty-student learning communities focused on graduate research and success
