The online application portal for appeal submissions is currently closed. The application portal will reopen according to the following deadlines:
- Appeals of academic disqualification from the Fall 2017 semester may be submitted beginning on January 5, 2018 and up to the close of the deadline on January 19, 2018 (portal closes at 11:59pm on 1/19/18)
- Appeals of academic disqualification from the Spring 2018 semester may be submitted beginning on June 1, 2018 and up to the close of the deadline on June 15, 2018 (portal closes at 11:59pm on 6/15/18)
