The Financial Aid and Scholarships office must first authorize the financial aid funds. Disbursement begins on the date listed above and occurs regularly on a weekly basis. Once financial aid is disbursed, the funding will appear on the students account in myCI - CI Records. All outstanding charges will be deducted first and if there is a remaining excess balance, Student Business Services Office will issue the refund to the student via mail or ACH Direct Deposit; however it can take up to 14 days after disbursement for the student to receive the refund.
