Purpose
CDAE facilitates learning experiences that prepare students and alumni to be effective, inclusive, and innovative leaders within our campus community and beyond. We aim to provide co-curricular experiences to help individuals integrate their academics with lifelong learning and career opportunities through effective exploration, planning, and engagement.
In collaboration with industry partners, we enable meaningful connections between students, alumni, and the University contributing to the quality and breadth of our services. We apply our expertise to identify individuals’ passions and full potential in their journey toward career fulfillment. We view career education as developmental with the goal to promote a culture of engaged citizens who are prepared to meet the needs of an evolving 21st century workforce.
