Project Description
The Mixed Use Center is a two-phased project bounded by Rincon Drive on the north, Camarillo Street on the west and the Broome Library on the south. The first phase is planned to include approximately 275 beds for student housing, a new health services facility, administrative space for Extended University and possible classroom facilities.
