The CSU Channel Islands Graduate and Professional School Fair is an excellent way to showcase your graduate programs and offer admission information to our undergraduate population. Many of our students are ready to transition from their undergraduate education directly into a graduate school program. We know you are looking for individuals who match your profile for success and we are confident that you will be pleased with the quality and preparedness of CI students.

16th Annual Graduate and Professional School Fair

Thursday, November 7, 2019
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Location: Broome Library Plaza

*In order to be included in printed materials for the Graduate School Fair, representatives must register by registration deadline. If your registration is received after this date, we cannot guarantee that your institution will be included in our printed materials (i.e., the fair map).

Cost: Registration $200

This registration fee includes:

  • Event registration (including continental breakfast and lunch) for 2 individuals from your institution
  • One 6-foot table and two chairs
  • Each additional representative: $50 Information will not be saved, you must complete registration and payment.


Frequently Asked Questions:

Are refunds granted for the fair if it rains?

The event will occur Rain or Shine. Cancellations and refunds will not be granted for any reason. May I mail materials to the school in advance? Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we are not able to hold any materials prior to the fair.

Where do I park?

Parking is covered in the event registration cost. Information about parking will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I park in a different location other than the designated location?

Yes, however, you will need to purchase a daily parking permit at a meter.

Deadline to register for event and confirm payment?

The registration deadline is two weeks prior to event date.. The payment deadline is one week prior to registration deadline. If a check is received after this date we will not be able to include your organization information in our marketing materials.

I have an extra person who would like to join, may I add attendees?

Yes, additional attendees cost $50/person. On the online registration form you can specify how many attendees will be included in your registration.

No refunds will be granted for this event. Event will be hosted rain or shine. Please check with other departments within your institution for duplicate registrations, as cancellations and refunds will not be granted.
