ESG Rennes is a research-based business school distinguished by its global outlook, international student body, and international faculty. 85% of the faculty come from outside of France. The school's mission statement is "to prepare, through education and research, innovative and responsible managers to perform in a global environment". The majority of courses are taught in English. 


ESG School of Business is located in Rennes, the tength-largest city in France with the eighth-largest university campus. Rennes has a long history due to its geographical location at the junction of two major rivers. The city is famous for its medieval houses and grand Rennes Cathedral. Eligibility Requirements

  • 3.0 or above cumulative GPA**
  • Your major OR minor must be one of the following: Business
  • Although CI students do not need to have French language units to be eligible to apply, students who are accepted must take a French Language course at ESG Rennes School of Business during their study abroad semester.

**Students with a cumulative GPA below the stated GPA will be considered when special circumstances exist. Please contact the Study Abroad Advisor at for more info.
