We are pleased to announce additional free vaccination clinics exclusively for CSUCI students, employees and University Glen (UG) residents, to be held in partnership with Ventura County Public Health.

Johnson & Johnson Vaccine Clinics (Fact Sheet about this Vaccine)

  • Register for Friday, May 7, 1 to 4 p.m.
  • Register for Tuesday, May 11*, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Advance registration is strongly encouraged. Walk-ins will be accommodated as appointment times allow.
  • CSUCI students and employees must present government issued identification and their CSUCI ID card in order to receive the vaccine.
  • UG residents must present a government issued identification and any document verifying UG residency in order to receive the vaccine.
  • El Dorado Hall (free parking).

A free CSUCI souvenir item will be offered to each person vaccinated.

Please note: to protect personal privacy, the sign-up form is very generic, titled “CSUCI Sign Up”. You will be asked to provide your name and email address to sign up for an appointment.

Only CSUCI students and employees or UG residents are eligible to participate in this clinic. Do not forward this communication to others who are not eligible to participate.

Appointments made by non-CSUCI students and employees or non-UG residents will be cancelled.
