The University Ombuds can help groups large and small develop and improve conflict competence, drawing upon decades of experience in the U.S. and internationally. Workshops are tailored to the needs of the organization and time available. Subjects covered in the past include “Difficult Conversations,” “Feedback Negotiation,” “Talking Without Being Triggered,” and “Overcoming Abrasiveness.” Workshops can also be blended with group facilitations and collaboration exercises.
