As an institution of higher learning, CSUCI is committed to inclusive excellence and the process of learning and development of its faculty and administrators. The LEAD CI program focuses on developing CSUCI talent and preparing leaders for future senior and executive level leadership roles. Although this program is not designed to guarantee future appointment at CSUCI or other universities, it does aim to enable participants to increase their professional competencies, self-understanding and leadership capacity.
