For Current Homeowners: Please report maintenance and common area issues to UGCAM@kennedywilson.com.

To pay monthly CAM fees, contact Jake Friesen at UGCAM@kennedywilson.com to receive the necessary information to register on the UGCAM RENTCafe payment platform. If you wish to pay by check, you can either:

  1. Mail payment to: UGCAM, 45 Rincon Drive, Suite 103-3b, Camarillo, CA, 93012; or
  2. Drop payment off at: 1130 N. Santa Cruz Island Drive at the temporary UGCAM office behind the pool.  There is a Mail Drop available 24/7.

For Current Townhome Renters: Please continue to use Rent Café to communicate concerns, ask questions and report maintenance issues. Rent payments can be either:

  1. Mailed to Site Authority, One University Drive, Lindero Hall 2nd Floor, Camarillo, CA 93012; or
  2. Dropped off at 1130 N. Santa Cruz Island Drive at the UGCAM Office behind the pool.

For University Glen Apartment Renters:  The University Glen Apartments are owned and managed independently of CSUCI. For information regarding apartment rentals, please contact University Glen Apartments at 805-465-0249, visit their office at 103-3B in the Town Center next to the Housing and Residential Education (HRE) office, or go to the University Glen Apartment website.
