1. Click the "Check out" icon Check out icon next to the page you want to send
  2. Click the "PUBLISH" drop down menu
  3. Click "Schedule"

  4. Choose the date that you'd like the page to be published
  5. Next, choose the time you would the publish to occur
    1. Optionally, you can also schedule the page to publish periodically (i.e.: every 2 weeks)
  6. If you wish, you can choose to send yourself a message when the page has been published
  7. When you're done, click "Schedule"
  8. If you plan on scheduling your page to expire as well, click the "expire" link on the resulting dialog window. Otherwise, you'll have to wait until the page is published before you can schedule the expiration.
  9. You'll notice that there is now an icon indicating that the page is scheduled to publish, and also that the page can no longer be checked out until after the publish has been completed.

Scheduling a Page to Expire

**Note: Read step 9 above. If you've clicked the "expire" link as described, skip to step 3

  1. Click the "Check out" icon Check out icon next to the page you want to send
  2. Click the "PUBLISH" drop down menu
  3. Click "Expire"

  4. Set the date and time that you want the page to expire
  5. In the "Expiration Options" section, if you want the page to be replaced with another, click "Choose replacement file," otherwise, choose "Delete"
  6. Optionally, you can choose to send a notification to yourself or others about the schedule expiration
  7. When you're done, click "Schedule"
  8. You'll receive a success dialog once the expiration has been scheduled
