Did you know, as an employee of the University, you have access to an excellent free resource? Human Resources often recommends the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) when employees have an urgent matter. The EAP website also provides information about everyday items, such as life, family and relationships; health and well-being; personal self-improvement (training modules); legal, financial and retirement; military life and deployment; work related education (training modules); resources specifically for managers; education tips for pre-school through college and beyond; even travel!
