Mosquita y Mari | Film Screening and Guest Speaker – Nov. 5

Join us on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 5 p.m. in Malibu Hall 100, for a film screening of “Mosquita Y Mari” followed by a question and answer session with the movie’s writer and director, Aurora Guerrero.

The coming of age film gives an intimate glimpse of the struggles of two teen age girls growing up with the struggles of poverty, undocumented status, education, and sexuality identity. Light refreshments will be provided. This event is sponsored by the Center for Multicultural Engagement.

Recognizing and Preventing Violence: Brown Bag Discussion – Nov. 17

On Tuesday, Nov. 17, from 12-1 p.m. in the Broome Library 1750, CI faculty and staff are invited to join Chief John Reid for a brown bag discussion on Recognizing and Preventing Violence on Campus. CDS to host the Graduate & Professional School Fair – Nov. 19

Career Development Services announces the 12th-annual CI Graduate & Professional School Fair Thursday, Nov. 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Broome Library Plaza.
