Lisa DeSouza is a creative executive and digital media producer.  She has over  fifteen  years in the broad range of marketing, new product packaging, program(s), event planning and content production. In addition, she has a solid grasp of e-commerce merchandising as well as a strong understanding of web site technologies. 

She has a BS in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University’s Barnard College. At Columbia, she had a series of internships at Sipa Press and Satchi & Satchi, where she worked on the Tony Awards, membership drives and promotional materials. She was introduced to the on-line world while at Citibank and progressed to consulting for such Fortune 500 Tommy Hilfiger, L’Oreal, SAP, EA Sports and Direct TV. In Los Angeles, she was the Director of Marketing for TouchCommerce (formerly inQ), a start up enterprise Software Company developing an aggressive online campaign and viral strategy. Currently, Ms. DeSouza has become a rising expert in Demand Generation and Marketing Automation.  Today Ms. DeSouza heads her own demand generation agency targeting small and mid-size businesses (www.radixpromotionsandmarketing.com). She is also the founder of an online Marketing Automation University (www.marketingautomationuniversity.com)

Ms. DeSouza is an avid surfer and horse back rider.  She is also sits on the board of directors for the LA branch of Kids In Distressed Situations (K.I.D.S) and is passionately involved in several animal rescue organizations and recently rescued a young thoroughbred off the track.
