Scholarships

The CSUCI Scholarship online application for fall 2009 and spring 2010 semesters has closed.

The deadline for CSUCI Scholarships was February 13, 2009.  Academic scholarship decisions for aid year 2009-2010 will be made by March 30th, 2009.  I encourage you to apply for the 2010-2011CSUCI Scholarships in November 2010.

University Scholarships

The University scholarship program is made possible by the many dedicated and generous members of the community who have given their time and resources to provide scholarship opportunities to students at CSUCI. Scholarship awards range between $1000 and $2500. Our annual CSUCI Scholarship Opportunity occurs each spring. Scholarships are awarded for the academic year beginning the following fall semester.  To apply for these scholarships, click on the CSUCI Scholarship Application.  New and continuing students are welcome to apply for our annual institutional scholarships.  Deadline is February 13, 2009.

President's Scholars Program

The President's Scholars Program is available to high school students who have a 3.75 GPA (as calculated by CSU admission standards) and a minimum score of 1200 (reading and math) on the SAT or 26 on the ACT. The scholarship includes full resident fees, a $600 per semester credit at the University bookstore, and use of a laptop computer. For more information regarding this scholarship, please contact the Financial Aid Office. The deadline for the CSUCI President's Scholars Program for 2009-2010 was February 13, 2009.

CSU Systemwide Scholarships

The California State University Foundation works with donors interested in funding scholarship opportunities on a systemwide basis. Currently, the CSU Foundation administers over $5 million in annual and endowed scholarships. Community Scholarships

There are many individuals and agencies in Ventura County that offer scholarships. Counselors at local high schools and community colleges are an excellent source of information and guidance regarding these scholarships. A major source of community support is the Ventura County Community Foundation.
