About the President's Dinner
The President's Dinner is the premier annual fundraising event for California State University Channel Islands. Over five hundred supporters will be in attendance along with President Richard R. Rush, local dignitaries, faculty, staff, public officials, and several special students. The gala will feature a VIP reception, live entertainment and fabulous silent auction. Proceeds will support the highest priority needs of the University.
Robert J. Lagomarsino Award Recipient
The Robert J. Lagomarsino Award will be presented to Mike Curb. Mr. Curb is the former lieutenant and acting governor of California and is one of the most prominent figures in the entertainment world. He presides over his own independent record label, Curb Records, one of the largest in the nation and has received a star on the historic Hollywood Walk of Fame.
