  • In Fall 2022:

    CSUCI had 15904 applicants. Of these, 10432 were first-time undergraduates, 4795 were first-time transfer students, and 433 were first-time post-baccalaureate students.

    After having been admitted, 635 first-time undergraduates and 853 first-time transfer students chose to enroll as new students.

    CSUCI had 5643 students enrolled. Of these, 5453 were undergraduate and 171 were post-baccalaureate students.

    CSUCI is a federally designated Hispanic Serving Institution. 58.2% of undergraduates are Hispanic/Latino, 52.8% are Pell grant eligible, and 61.0% have the opportunity to be the first in their family to earn a college degree.

    Of the students who entered as first-time, full-time undergraduates in Fall 2021, 74.8% were retained to the following year.

    For Academic Year 2020-2021:

    CSUCI awarded 1990 degrees. Of those, 1878 were undergraduate degrees and 112 were graduate degrees.

    Of these, 48.9% of these degree recipients were Hispanic/Latino, 51.7% were Pell grant eligible at entry, and 61.7% were the first in their family to earn a college degree.

    Of the students who entered as first-time, full-time undergraduates in Fall 2016, 56.8% graduated within 6 years.

    Of the students who entered as first-time transfer students in Fall 2018, 78.1% graduated within 4 years.
