July 22 through August 16, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Get a jump on your first year of college!
Improve your learning skills in a low-stress supportive and fun environment. Activities include fieldtrips, a focus on scientific questioning, writing and math workshops, academic and financial aid advising, and an introduction to many student services available at CSU Channel Islands.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Incoming first-year CI student
- Majoring or considering major in Science or Mathematics
- Commitment to attend full institute
- Ability to work well in groups
