Ordering an Official Transcript
Transcript ordering does not currently have the options to hold for final grades or hold for degree posting.
If you need a transcript with your Spring or Summer 2016 degree posted, check your dolphin e-mail account first to see if you have received a degree completion notification. Degree posting may take up to 10 to 12 weeks after grades have posted. If you have any questions, please contact email@example.com.
If you have a myCI portal log in account:
Order your official transcript by using the myCI official transcript link, which will prompt you to log in to the myCI portal if you are not logged in and consequently direct you to the ordering page.
If you do not have a myCI portal log in account:
If you do not know your myCI log in credentials or do not have a myCI account, you can create a transcripts ordering account through the ordering service.
Cost per Official Transcript
The charge is $5.00 per official transcript. Students must submit requests online. The service is available 24/7 for your convenience. Paper requests are no longer accepted.
Please Note: A transcript will not be issued until all outstanding obligations, fees or holds due to the University are cleared. If you have any current outstanding obligations or holds at the University, the system will not allow you to request a transcript.
All transcripts are mailed out via regular USPS mail. Please allow 5 business days to process once the request has arrived to the Enrollment Center. CSU Channel Islands does not offer rush service. Processing time varies during the winter holiday when the campus is closed and during grading periods.
Please Note: Sending transcripts internationally is not currently an option.
Unofficial transcripts are only available to current students and alumni with access to the myCI portal. Visit your Student Center to view your unofficial transcript. If you need assistance accessing your myCI portal, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
