Official Transcript Ordering Information
To order an official transcript, you must submit an Official Transcript Request form (PDF, 264KB) to the Enrollment Center. The student’s original ink signature is required in order for the office to process the request; therefore, all requests must be made either in person or via mail. No faxed or emailed requests will be processed.
There is currently no fee for official transcripts.
When making your request, you can choose to pick up your transcripts or have them mailed. All transcripts mailed out are done so via regular USPS mail. You can request up to four separate destinations for transcripts to be mailed on one request form. Be sure to include a full valid address for each destination.

Please Note: A transcript will not be issued until all outstanding obligations, fees or holds due to the University are cleared. Be sure to indicate a valid email address on your transcript request; if you have any current outstanding obligations or holds at the University, you will be contacted via email. It is your responsibility to notify the Records and Registration once your hold has been removed.
In accordance with federal law, records cannot be released without the written consent of the student. Be sure to sign this form and submit to the Enrollment Center. Please allow 5 business days to process once the request has arrived to the Enrollment Center. CSU Channel Islands does not offer rush service.
