Planning - Academic Planning and Budget

Planning by definition establishes priorities and provides signals to an organization about where it is going and how it plans to get there. When an organization becomes intentional about trying to drive outcomes, an organization must first develop a plan. If done correctly, an effective planning process will lead to a clearly articulated budget, and will provide a means of tracking alignment with the establish goals of a plan.
