Blois Construction, a 45-year old firm based in Oxnard, CA, is an established, regional, heavy underground contractor on both public and private projects throughout Southern California.
Mr. Woodworth began serving on the company's Advisory Board in 1997. In 2005 he became its Vice Chairman of the Board and COO/CFO. He is also the Founder and CEO of Channel Islands Equities, a private investment banking firm, established in 1991. In addition, he is the former President of Network Omni, a global language services firm, and an executive with Security Pacific Corporation in corporate finance and banking, venture capital and strategic planning.
Mr. Woodworth is a lifetime Santa Barbara / Ventura County resident. He is a retired military officer, has been an MBA instructor and has held leadership roles in numerous foundations, non-profit institutions and national and regional professional associations.
