Photos Submitted for Review

Once a photo has been submitted, a Student Business Services (SBS) employee will review the photo and the student will be notified via their student email acknowledging if the photo is approved or denied.

Changing Photos

Once a photo has been approved, a student cannot submit another photo. If a student would like a new or different photo on their Dolphin One Card, they should visit the Cashier’s Office located in the first floor of Sage Hall to have a new photo taken and pay the replacement fee.
