Career Development and Alumni Engagement is committed to utilizing a variety or interactive methods to conduct presentations and provide career education content for faculty and staff, where students are given the opportunity to have more meaningful and impactful learning experiences to become engaged in their career development process.
We offer a variety of workshops throughout the semester to assist students in career exploration, planning, and preparation. In an effort to continue best practices related to virtual/remote education and learning, Career Development and Alumni Engagement offers the following:
- Self- guided, pre-recorded and virtual presentations are available to groups and classes on a variety of career-related topics including:
- CDAE Overview, Career Exploration, Resume/Cover Letter Writing, Networking, LinkedIn, Interviewing and Career Fair Success.
- In addition, we can arrange presentations by employers and industry professionals (many of them alumni), who can discuss their experiences and how their major has helped them in their careers.
