Success and Inclusion for Graduate & Undergraduate Academic Excellence, also known as SIGUE, provides wrap-around academic services for student inclusion and success. We support CSUCI students’ access to academically-enriching programs and initiatives that can promote a richer student experience across academic programs.
Within SIGUE are areas that focus on specific academic and co-curricular activities, initiatives and programs centered around equity, accessibility and high impact practices. SIGUE pledges a student-first approach that guides our teams, programs and decisions.

Each of these units works year-round on securing research opportunities, grants and external funding for programming, developing and improving academic programs and empowering students with access to resources such as peer educators, mentorship and experiential learning opportunities.
