Dear Campus Community:
As you may be aware, a small brush fire broke out on campus around 2 p.m. this afternoon on Peanut Hill, resulting in the temporary evacuation of Ironwood Hall and CI Power.
The fire, which is now fully contained, was limited to approximately two acres near Potrero Road, which is currently closed.
All evacuations have been lifted at this time and crews remain on scene to mop up.
While the cause of the fire has not yet been identified, an investigation is underway.
