The Property Survey Board Committee (PSBC) serves and represents the campus’ best interest when assets are disposed of and fully approves suggested dispositions that will be used in the disposal process. To the extent possible, there will be a sufficient number of members on the committee to ensure representation by both business management and program responsibilities. At least two committee members must approve all property survey and property transfer reports prior to the completion of the disposition transaction.
