The Jeff T. Green Family Foundation proudly supports student access to higher education through two generous scholarships. For 2025-2026, there are 250 scholarships available for first-time first-year students in the amount of $20,000 (spread over 4 years, pending completion of ongoing eligibility requirements).
Channel My Future Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a first-time first-year student (freshman) admitted to CSUCI for Fall 2025
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, or a Permanent Resident, or an AB 540 eligible student
- Must be a first-generation student (neither parent has earned a baccalaureate degree)
- Must have financial need
- Have a GPA of 2.5-3.49
Global Citizenship Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a first-time first-year student (freshman) admitted to CSUCI for Fall 2025
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, or a Permanent Resident, or an AB 540 eligible student
- Must be a first-generation student (neither parent has earned a baccalaureate degree)
- Must have financial need
- Have a GPA of 3.5 or above
Recipients of the Channel My Future and Global Citizenship Scholarship must:
- Maintain a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA calculated by the Registrar’s office
- Be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units for undergraduates each semester
- Meet minimum Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements
- Must participate in a CSUCI Learning Community during your first year
- Meet with an Advisor at least once a semester
Students who meet the scholarship eligibility criteria for these scholarships will
be notified after November 1, 2024. Email communication will be sent directly to students via their email address used
in Cal State Apply. Students are encouraged to apply early for admission to CSUCI
for the Fall 2025 semester to ensure the greatest access and opportunity to receive
these scholarships.
