Tables of the World

The second Tables of the World took place on Thursday, April 25, 2024, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm in the Broome Library Plaza. The event included tables featuring different countries from all continents and attendees engaged with international faculty and staff at CSUCI. The Asian/Asian American Pacific Islander Association (AAPIA) participated as a co-sponsor of the event. In addition to learning about each country represented at the event, attendees watched a performance by a Bollywood/Bhangra Fusion dance led by a local dance group, made possible by the generosity of AAPIA. Additionally, attendees used a “passport” that they had stamped (or initialed) by table leads. The passports were then used to pick up swag at check-out.
